A procedure that involves injecting botulinum toxin into a muscle you want to smooth out wrinkles (frown, forehead, crows feet), atrophy (to make smaller such as the masseter or jaw muscles for aesthetic reasons or medical ones such as bruxism and TMJ relief ) or stop a muscle being so active (gummy smile, dimple chin, sad mouth).  Results take 14 days to be at full effect and last on average 2-4 months dependent on dose, area and person.
